Most concrete failures start below the slab. We cut grade, compact stone base, set steel and control joints where they belong, then finish and cure the surface properly. Residential driveway or commercial building pad, the standard is the same.

03How is concrete work priced?
Flatwork is priced by square footage, thickness, reinforcement, finish and access; footings and walls are priced by linear foot and depth. We walk the site, measure it and give you an itemized written price before anything starts.
04Do you do commercial as well as residential work?
Yes. We run residential driveways and patios alongside commercial slabs, building pads, parking lots and curb work for general contractors and developers, and we can provide certificates of insurance before mobilizing.
05How long does a driveway take?
Most residential driveways are demo and prep one day, pour the next, with foot traffic after about 24 hours, cars after seven days and full loads at 28 days.
06Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. P and R Concrete Services Inc is a licensed, insured Georgia concrete contractor, and a certificate of insurance can be sent before work begins.
